Ricardo J. Zulueta, Jr.
President
Ricardo founded Start Day One with the vision and drive to proactively help in suicide prevention with his personal experience with the loss of his brother to suicide. He has been inspiring people with his apparel company for more than 10 years and he is dedicated to being on the front line to making an impact on people's lives. He holds a B.S. degree in Economics & Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Kristen Zulueta
Director of Operations
Kristen is the co-founder of Start Day One and brings her passion for always helping other people and determined in changing the world one life at a time. She has 18 years of experience as a paralegal and office manager of a multimillion dollar law firm.
Abbey Lyn Feiler-Kober
Member of Board of Directors
Abbey has dedicated her life to the things that she believes in. A very large portion of that has been devoted to charitable organizations and helping them raise awareness and funds to help further their visions. She has her Juris Doctorate from Cardozo Law School and spent the last 20 years as the owner of Transnational Limited, LLC, a national collection agency.
Greg Metzger
Member of Board of Directors
Greg is the founder of GAM Information Systems, a national distributor of technology products. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion. He sits on the board of directors at other charities for over 15 years which is a strong indication of his commitment to helping others.
Renee Verdon Strack

Renee is seasoned in the non-profit arena as a co-founder of her own foundation for skin cancer with fundraising, public relations, grant-seeking and the responsibility to local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
